These rules explain how UCF88 accepts, settles, refunds and corrects bets. They apply together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Your bet and your ticket

• A bet is placed only when you receive a ticket with a ticket number. Your ticket shows every accepted bet, the amount charged and the possible winnings.
• Each bet is settled at the rates and rules in force when it was accepted, even if they change later.
• If your bet does not go through and no ticket is shown, you are not charged. Check History before betting again.
• If money left your wallet but you see no ticket, contact support with the time and amount. We keep a record of every bet and wallet transaction.

2. Lottery: cutoff and sold-out numbers

• Betting on a draw closes at the cutoff time shown on the betting page. Bets sent after the cutoff are refused and not charged.
• Each number has a betting limit per draw. When the limit is reached the number is sold out. If only part of your amount fits, we accept that part and charge only that part. Your ticket marks any sold-out or reduced bet.

3. Lottery: results and payouts

• Results are entered from the official draw result. Some games take their result from another game: for example, Last 2 and S2 use the last two digits of the 3D result.
• Players can see the result as soon as it is posted. Winnings are paid automatically about 5 minutes later. Until then, a result entered by mistake can still be fixed, and nothing has been paid.

4. Lottery: correcting a result after payout

• If a wrong result was posted and paid, we correct it to the official result.
• Winnings paid on the wrong result are taken back from the wallets that received them. A wallet is never taken below ₱0.
• Winners under the correct result are then paid in full.
• Every player whose winnings are taken back receives a notice. Each correction is recorded with the reason.

5. Lottery: cancelled draws

• If a draw can't be held or has no official result, it is cancelled and every ticket on it is refunded in full to your wallet.
• Draws that take their result from it (for example L2 or Last 3) are cancelled with it and refunded the same way.
• You receive a notice with the reason, and the ticket shows Refunded.

6. Sabong

• If a fight is cancelled, every bet on it is refunded in full.
• If a fight ends in a draw, bets on Meron and Wala are refunded in full, and bets on Draw are paid at the draw rate shown for that event.
• After a result, winnings are held for a short time (usually 10 minutes) before you can withdraw them. The held amount is still yours. If the result is reversed during that time, the fight is settled again on the correct result.

7. Casino and slots

• Casino and slot games are run by their game providers. Each game's rules and results come from its provider.
• A round interrupted by a connection problem is settled under the provider's rules. Your wallet history shows the outcome.

8. Questions and disputes

• Contact support through the in-site chat with your ticket number, or the time and amount of the transaction. We review every bet against our records and reply with what we found.
